Getting started is simple. Just come down to the box (thats what we call the gym) and give it a try. Don't be scared, our workouts are tough but scalable to every level of fitness. Don't watch all the videos you see of people doing CrossFit on youtube, those will just scare you. Come down and give it a try for yourself and see what it is like to have an experienced coach teach you CrossFit.
