Tiffany, I am SO stoked for you. When I read "I feel like in the last few years that I have been taking care of everyone else, but myself. It's time for me!" - I almost cried... I've been there and I feel your pain... you are so young and have so much potential. I wish I had something to contribute to your effort, but stick with it no matter what. The 5:30am WODs are all 20 and 30-something moms of multiple kids (right now) - GREAT girls who work hard! You're welcome to join us anytime and swap stories of diet, health, PMS and kids up all night crying or sick... or just have great company to workout with! Good luck with this challenge and it's awesome that you're joining us!!!

Thanks Marci! I read your bio as well too! At some point I will try to make it to the 5:30 am with all of you girls, but for now I am enjoying that extra hour of sleep on my days off. Was it you that brought those yummy muffins to the BBQ? If so, I would love the recipe!

Happy Birthday to my son Dylan, who is offically 13 today! Today was a busy day and I didn't take time for real meals, which led to a lot of paleo snacking....Not my best day, but still all paleo friendly foods.

Hi there! My name is Tiffany Stacy and I am a 30 year old mother of two boys (Ages 13 & 8). I am a registered nurse and I feel like in the last few years that I have been taking care of everyone else, but myself. It's time for me! I have several goals for this challenge: 1) More energy, 2) Rid myself of some food allegies, 3) Get off of some medications, 4) Lose Weight...in that order.
I am really excited to have my whole family on board. They are doing Paleo right along with me, so there are no foods in this house that are off limits.
I am just starting Crossfit this week and I am challenging myself to to go every Wednesday and Friday during the entire challenge.
