We are slightly more expensive than your typical gym membership, but you get a whole lot more from us than any other gym. We are closer to the kind of instruction that you would get at a group personal training session. There is always a CrossFit Certified coach right there working with you instructing you on what to do. You are never left to try to figure things out on your own.

On-Ramp

Currently the On-Ramp Program is offered as personals package. 5-1 hour sessions for $150

The On-Ramp package is perfect for those who have never participate in any strength training or those who feel like they need a brush up course. 

CrossFit Class-

Any 2 days per week-$85/month

Any 3 days per week- $115/month

Unlimited classes/week - $140/month

Discounts- Student/Military/LEO/Fire/First responders and immediate family- With proof

2 days per week -$75/month

3  days per week -$95/month

Unlimited - $115/month

Drop in Rates

Current monthly member- $10 per class

Non Monthly member- $15 per class
