We are closer to the kind of instruction that you would get at a group personal training session. There is always a CrossFit Certified coach right there working with you instructing you on what to do. You are never left to try to figure things out on your own.

The On-Ramp package is perfect for those who have never participate in any strength training or those who feel like they need a brush up course.
