CrossFit Corvallis and Training

Hey everyone, so I have been getting lots of emails with lots of interest in CrossFit Corvallis and training.  This is awesome I love it. I just wish I didn't have to have this darn surgery in the way of training. I feel really bad about this timing.

So here is my promise to everyone who has wished me well and shown interest in CrossFit and CrossFit Corvallis; I will start coaching again as soon as I am off of my crutches.  Come hell or high water as the saying goes.

Here is the plan- after I gain my basic mobility (no crutches) I am going to start offering 1:1 and 2:1 training.  Due to mobility issues I just don't think I will be able to train large groups effectively without being able to move around and demonstrate moves. So I will start with personal training.  As I start to heal and I feel that everyone has started to gain a good understanding of the movements I will being to offer group classes.

I will also start something that I think everyone will enjoy.  On the weekends I will begin to offer what I am thinking of calling a "Recession WOD." I know these are hard times and everyone is hit hard by our economic situation so my plan is to offer a free WOD to be located at various locations in Corvallis.  These will be simple WOD's which will require little to no equipment.  They will include basic movements; squats, push ups, burpees, pull ups etc. Basic Met-con's; Running, biking, etc. Teamwork all wrapped up in a fun and challenging package! :-) And again the best part is they are free!

So again, thanks everyone for all the support. I want everyone to know that I love getting the emails from everyone.  Please continue to contact me with any questions, I love to talk about CrossFit.

Thanks

Rob
