20:10- Time on and time off. Always given in seconds unless otherwise specified
ME: Wendler Squat
WOD: 8 rds
30 sec of Push Jerk
30 sec of Dips
30 sec rest
Use a weight that is difficult but you can go non stop for 30 secs.
